Shipping Policy
To ensure a smooth delivery process, please double-check the accuracy of the phone number you provide during checkout. Our orders are handled by third-party freight carriers, and most products typically arrive within 5 to 10 days. However, please note that specialized or large orders may require additional time for delivery.
Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email as proof that your order has been successfully received and your credit card has been approved.
Rest assured, we will only charge your card when the item is ready to be shipped, unless there is a backorder situation. In such cases, we will notify you via email within one business day to discuss whether you would like to wait for the item or cancel your order for a full refund.
We offer free shipping within the United States. Here are some shipping facts about all of our fountains:
1.) Currently all small fountains will be shipped through UPS Ground, with free shipping.
2.) Fountains over 100lbs. will ship LTL with Curbside Service. Note: The delivery company will call to arrange a delivery time. Customers must be available to sign for the fountain at time of delivery.
3.) On the delivery for fountains with large bases, a forklift is required for delivery as the base will be too big for lift-gate service. You must arrange this prior to fountain delivery. NOTE: Although most fountains DO NOT require a forklift because they can fit on a lift gate, If you are unsure whether or not your fountain needs one please contact us before the arrival of your fountain.
4.) Many of our fountains are made to order and the lead time for each fountain will vary. Please reach out for current lead times on the product(s) you are interested in and we would be happy to provide you with the specific information you are needing.
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchase from Heavenly Fountain, you can have the confidence that you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt for a 15% restocking fee less any shipping charges that were incurred. All returned items must be in new and unused condition and packaged in the original manufacturer's box. All of the products parts, accessories, registration cards, etc must be returned for full credit.
**IMPORTANT NOTE**
The ORIGINAL SHIPPING is NON-REFUNDABLE even if you received FREE shipping, you will be charged the actual shipping charges that we incurred to ship the product to you.
